5 days left until my 55th birthday!

Soon I'll be a speed limit!  Some might think this is not to be advertised, but the way I look at it, every day I'm above ground is a day to celebrate.  From the moment we are born, we all are on a path that will eventually lead to a dead-end.  The difference is the journey.  So, I believe every year is to be celebrated and this year I would like to invite you to help me decide how?  Below is a poll that will be open until October, 3rd at 11:55pm.  Please vote (it's anonymous)  for your favorite way to celebrate 55!  Either choose from the list below, or add a new "entry" by posting a comment.  Remember though, the poll is open for 5 days only!

The choices are:

#1  "Collect"  55 Supercharger pics, like:

#2  Obtain 55 new smashed pennies, like:
#3    Drink 55... Oh, no, no, no.

Vote now!

How should I celebrate being 55?

  1. I think you should do the 55 drinks lol. BTW we have a connection, I'm in the electrical trade too, although just an electrician, not an engineer :)

    1. "MAKE" 55 circuits...That's a lot! Hmmm, timers, switches, pulse width modulation apps... Golly, I hope no one requests that AND the one-arm push-ups to be performed simultaneously.

  6. How about a drive along Route 55? Route 66 will have to wait a few more years...;-0
Btw, you (and your Tesla) are looking great!

Thx for keeping a blog - it's nice to see Tesla's being used in creative ways.
My Tesla is showing up in 1 or 2 more days - just in time for my 46th birthday. I can hardly wait (for the Tesla, that is)!

    2. Yea I got my iPhone 6 yesterday and had some issues - woke up thinking about the issues and no way to get back to sleep. Dog tired tonight - I will sleep well. I really like the leave idea. As a kid we collected fall leaves, put them between sheets of wax paper and ironed them. That preserved the color and flattened them. I just know in your camping gear you have both an iron and an ironing board.

  8. Since U'r all about the enviroment, and since your all about good health, which leads one to believe U'r all abour saftey, and since I have had the unforgetfull experience of riding in the passenger seat of U'r Carra .... I respectfully suggest that you conduct the rest of U'r "Journey" at a speed limit not to exceed 55MPH !!!

  11. Sorry, I'm not sure why it wouldn't post. I've double checked the permissions and they're wide open. Here's your suggestion: Be-jouled

I wasn't having any luck commenting on your blog, so here's my message.
Hike the 55 acre Independence Nat'l Historical Park in Philadelphia. See the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall.

Or...Hike the Dingman's Falls Trail at the Delaware Water Gap. It is an easy trail with an elevation of 55'.

    Happy Birthday!
